Turkey Leg Soup
Ingredients:
Turkey legs
Onion
Garlic
4 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. each basil, rosemary, salt
Potatoes, carrots, okra, celery, whatever vegetable you like
Instructions:
Cover turkey legs with water. Add mustard and onions and cook together 45 minutes. Add other vegetables. May be thickened, if desired.
