Mexican Chicken
Ingredients:
1 -3 pounds stewed & boned chicken (I use white meat)
6 oz. long spaghetti cooked & drained Mix in 9 X 13 cake dish
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can rotel diced tomatoes & green chillis
1 Velvetta cheese, cubed
1 med. onion chopped
1/2 tsp garlic salt (I use just garlic)
1 tsp. salt. Optional
Instructions:
After doing what it says in ingredients Mix all well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. A friend gave me this recipe
