Mexican Casserole
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1-2 onion garlic salt
2 cans cream mushroom soup
1 can rottle tomato with green chili
1 pkg taco mix
11/2 cups milk
1 package taco chips
8 oz shredded cheese ( I use more cheese)
Instructions:
Brown meat, onion & garlic, drain off grease. Add soup, rottle tomato with green chili, milk & taco mix. Bring to a boil, simmer few minutes.( will look yuk and be soupy. Layer chips, sauce, & cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes
