Strawberry Pie
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 tablespoons corn starch
1 3 oz. package strawberry jello
1 quart strawberries
cool whip
1 9 inch deep pie crust
Instructions:
In sauce pan mix sugar water corn starch, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add jello. Stir well and let cool. Add sliced strawberries. Pour into baked and cooled 9 inch deep pie crust. Refrigerate at 3 hours. (I usually let mine sit over night). Top with cool whip
Yield: 4-5 servings
